Let’s amplify the voice of the actual experts of the topic, and create a professional discussion about urban mobility management! This way, we can show the complexity of the topic, and educate citizens about the reasons behind traffic jams, parking problems and crowded cities. We used a long-format communication tool; we streamed a panel discussion with participants like the head of the local transportation company, the vice-mayor of the city, and transportation engineers who participated in planning the infrastructure.

Results
This video can not only have a positive impact in the moment, but can also be a useful search result later on. As the Covid-19 regulations got lifted, we also organized live versions, which citizens could attend.
