Communication in the spirit of public service

Problem

Problem

A project that involves traffic changes and road closures is a very complex and conflictual communication situation. Especially when the development is taking place in the most important street in the city center.

The idea

The idea

If you trust your project, don’t hesitate to share as much information as possible about the details, even if it means a lot of work. After processing the information, we created content for the different target groups, varying the different topics, and amount of information. We accompanied our content with strong visuals to illustrate our messages.

The effect

The effect

The website was designed in the spirit of public service, and to take the citizens seriously. There is an article with 4 minutes of reading time, but you can also find a detailed explanation that takes 20 minutes to read, and we made all the background information of 50-100 pages available.  The information is also divided  by area and by mode of transport, and there is a detailed FAQ page to answer any questions you may have.

The essence of the project can also be experienced through a virtual tour, where relevant information can be accessed by browsing through the visual plans. The site also provides up-to-date information on traffic order, and there is  local history content related to the renovated areas.
